Announcing a new bundled solution – Proteus-Analytics™, from Proteome Software and GenoLogics.

Proteome Software has partnered with GenoLogics, a leading developer of lab and data management software solutions for life sciences research, to promote the synergies between the Proteus lab and data management solution and the ScaffoldBatch Analysis System for advanced data statistical analysis, validation, and visualization.  GenoLogics and Proteome Software have collaborated to develop Proteus-Analytics, a lab and data management solution with integrated protein identification validation.

Proteome Software's mission is to create software tools that enable proteomics researchers to get more detailed and accurate information from their experimental data. A new product, the ScaffoldBatch Analysis System is used by researchers for organizing, visualizing, analyzing, and publishing MS/MS based proteomics data, and in Proteus-Analytics, it integrates tightly to the Proteus lab information and data management solution.

The collaboration brings together best-in-class software products for scientific data management and visualization for protein search and analysis, benefiting the customers of both companies. The bundled Proteus-Analytics solution couples Proteus with sophisticated protein analysis capabilities provided by ScaffoldBatch Analysis System.  The resulting Proteus-Analytics solution provides unparalleled LIMS and validation and visualization capabilities for clinical proteomics and biomarker discovery research.
