How to Use the Free Scaffold PTM Viewer

  1. Download Scaffold PTM (Choose the version above to match your operating system).
  2. Follow normal installation instructions.
  3. After installing, click the "Free Scaffold PTM Viewer" button the first time you use Scaffold PTM.
  4. No key is required to use Scaffold PTM in Viewer mode.

The free Scaffold PTM Viewer lets you view any data loaded and analyzed by Scaffold PTM.

Minimum System Requirements:

 

  • Windows 7, Vista, XP or 2000, Apple or Linux
  • 1 GB RAM minimum

We recommend that you only install one version of Scaffold PTMon any one computer.

 

Scaffold PTM Capabilities:

 

  • Data formats include mzIdentML (*.mzid) and Scaffold PTM files (*.sptm)
  • The MGF file is required if loading MZID files, and these can be exported from Scaffold 3 and Mascot. See Scaffold PTM user's guide for more info.
