Proteome Software at ASMS 2017!

Proteome Software will be racing into Indianapolis, Indiana for the annual ASMS conference starting on June 4, 2017 and continuing through June 8th. We hope you will join us on the 4th for our User’s Group Meeting at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Studio One (located on the 3rd floor) starting at 2:00 PM. This is your chance to get a sneak-peak at a new product under development, hear a talk by Brian Searle on DIA proteomics and provide us with valuable feedback for future development. A full schedule and a registration form can be found here:

Check us out at our booth!

Also, do not forget to stop by Booth #218 during the conference for more information about what’s new in the Scaffold suite and Elements, get answers to questions, and learn all about our products.

Poster Sessions

ThP 342 on Thursday

Our own Phillip Seitzer will be presenting poster number ThP 342 on Thursday. He will present a reanalysis of walnut proteins using Scaffold perSPECtives to show how sample organization effects statistical results. The study focused on multiple experimental variables and our analysis reveals how the variables are dependent on each other.

ThP 347 on Thursday

Additionally, please visit poster number ThP 347 entitled Creation and Analysis of an In-house Designer Library for Fecal MS-based Metabolomics. This recent collaboration between author Johana Revel and Proteome Software highlights a new platform for metabolomic library creation.
