Although promptness is our goal, please allow up to 24 hours for a response. We will make our best effort to respond in a timely manner and keep you abreast of any changes to your ticket.

To expedite the handling of your support request, please provide us with your license key. To find your license key, go to Help > About and copy the key sequence. If you are a viewer user, please indicate this in your response to us.
