Proteome Characterization Webinar

Webinar:
Whole Proteome Characterization

Proteomics researchers frequently find data analyses a bottleneck for gleaning meaningful information from their MS/MS data. One of the main goals is to identify as complete a protein complement as possible and with high confidence. This educational seminar focuses on validating the identified proteins and using combined probabilities in an unified view of all the data in an experiment. As our framework we draw on examples of on-going salivary studies. We will concentrate on showing how to quickly bring together all various searches and help make judgments on biological relevance in an easier format.
