Differential Expression

Webinar:
Discovering Biomarkers with Spectrum Counting

Scaffold enables diagnostic biomarker discovery using spectral counting methods to determine protein abundance.

This webinar examines the identification of differentially expressed proteins. A list of biological significant proteins was generated using spectral counting and comparative statistics for three-group comparisons. Emphasis on determining overall data quality is based on probability-based scoring, cellular localization, and apparent-fold changes using variance within replicates and within samples. Datasets examined include three breast cancer cell lines.
